In our company, Veco&Fruits Frozen Food, we commercialize potatoes, a very appreciated root due to its great carbohydrate contribution after intake. It also has a 75% content of water and is a great potassium source. It is also rich in VItamin C, Vitamin B, folic acid and minerals such as magnesium and iron.
At Veco&Fruits Frozen Foods we collect potatoes and offer them whole to our customers, after a manual and artisanal process.
